R 1: ch 11, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in following 8 ch, 4 sc in
last ch, turn work and sc on other side of beginning ch, ch 1,

R 12: 9 sc, sc dec 2 times, 9 sc, ch1, turn (20)
R 13: sc across, ch 1, turn (20)

Now you change to crocheting in rounds all around the edges. Pick 1 sc
from each row or stitch (except the front down corners, crochet 3 sc in
each of them) and also 1 sc from beginning ch. Join rounds with sl st.
This way, crochet 2 rounds in white. Finish off white and join red. Crochet
around like before, but this time, you pull up the loops of the sc from
alternating
-loop of sc of previous round (normal way)
-the same place you did the previous round’s sc in
-another round deeper
-back to previous round
and go around all the way in this fashion except the corners, therefore see
graph below. Last, crochet another round of simple sc in red, finish off,
weave in ends and sew front together from bottom to right under chin.
For the hands, ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook, do not join.
Rd 1: [1 sc, sc inc] around (9)
Rd 2: sc around (9)
Rd 3: [1 sc, sc dec] around (6)
Finish off, stuff lightly.
For the arms, ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook, do not join.
Rd 1: [1 sc, sc inc] around (9)
Rd 2-4: sc around (9)
Rd 5: [2 sc, sc inc] around (12)
Finish off white and join red.
Rd 6: sc around, alternating normal stitch and loop pulled up
from previous rd (12)
Finish off, weave in ends.
Sew hands to arms and arms to robe.
